Scheduled games take priority over training, once the pitch has been booked via the Pitch Committee
TEAMS with scheduled games to notify teams whose training slots are on when game is to take part.
When Teams are aware that they will not be using their slot, they need to advise via Mentors Group as soon as they realise to ensure availability of pitch to other teams.

All teams to be aware of safety and traffic flows / management around training / game times and to ensure adaqupate supervisors in place.
