STEP 1: LOGIN to FOIREANN
Resetting your password
If you need to reset your password you can do so through Foireann. Please note, you may have a username that is different than your email. It depends how you set up your account originally.
If resetting your password isn't working for you:
try using the "forgot username". This will prompt you to enter your email ….. you may have used your work / gmail / hotmail address. When you receive your username, you can reset your password.
If your family has more than one Foireann account, pick the most complete one and ensure all the children are included on this account.
Don't worry about adding a second adult for the moment. It's a bit convoluted, we will issue separate guidelines in due course.
STEP 2 : Check that you are LINKED to BANTRY BLUES in your PROFILE
Click on the "profile" link* from the main menu
You should be mapped to "Bantry Blues- Cork- GAA/LGFA"
You may also update other details such as postal address, photo consent etc.

STEP 3 : Have you set up your "Family" on FOIREANN (if applicable )
Click on the "Family" link* from the main menu ( in left hand panel )

STEP 4: ( if applicable ) Are any family members missing/ duplicated ?
The easiest way to fix this is by logging in on a desktop / tablet.
